Women in Data® is launching our new Nordics Chapter to address this, ensuring women don’t just enter the industry but lead it. Our mission is to turn this ‘Nordic Paradox’ into a powerhouse of innovation. Research shows that diverse teams are 25% more likely to outperform peers in profitability, yet women still make up only a fraction of senior AI leadership. In establishing a Nordics presence, we will provide the infrastructure, mentorship and industry support so that every woman who works in this great industry has the opportunity to optimise their career. We are here to ensure the future of AI is built for everyone. From ethical oversight to technical mastery, our Nordics chapter will be the catalyst for a more inclusive, high-performing data and AI economy. We cannot do this for you, we can only do it with you.
